We believe that everyone deserves to have compassionate and inclusive care in assisting them towards reaching their goal within functional mental health and addiction. The systems we have set in place as a culture are so far away from being a cohesive environment for healing and are engulfed with shame and alienation. It is our goal to help create a community space where individuals can be active in their healing journey and be the leader on their path.  We hope to create a space here at Live.Grow.Share. where all participants, employees and our community feel inspired to make the changes needed to feel comfortable moving toward new ways of supporting our common goals in healing modalities.

Moving through my own personal struggles in mental health and addiction, I have come across many educators, professionals, peers and mentors who helped me engage and be the driver of my own care. This has allowed me the ability to work as a participant as well as a facilitator with many different organizations within the community for over the past 20 years.

I found being in nature and loving my children to be my driving force to continue the work and strive to be part of a supportive system in others’ lives. I love living in the northwest, you can find me backpacking in the forests, paddle boarding or swimming in a lake, riding my motorcycle on backroads or getting my hands dirty in my garden.
