Anyone enrolled with Live. Grow. Share. has access to all Live. Grow. Share. services.

Each of our programs are peer run and operated, which means every provider has lived experience in at least one area of mental health struggle or addiction.  We've been there, done that, and are here to inspire and guide you on your path to wholeness.

Therapeutic Services

We provide individual therapy with the best mental health professionals, but of course we're biased.

We come from the perspective that mental health is pretty complicated and many things contribute to a person's state of mind.  We help you gain clarity about your life, what's happening in your mind, and where it may have originated.  From there, we work on healing and building skills to tackle anything life might throw at you so you're free to create the life you want.

Take Classes to learn basic to advanced motor skills while receiving peer support along side our mechanics team.

Connect with nature, learn something new, and be adventurous on our weekly peer-run outdoor group activities.
