The 5th Street Apartments are a four-plex for young adults who are transitioning into adulthood and independence.  Tenants come from various backgrounds such as: aging out of foster care, houselessness, or transitioning from residential care.  Future vacancies will be filled by young adults transitioning out of the Restwell House or Whiteaker Youth Home.
