Services

Effective September 1, Live Grow Share will be restructuring aspects of how we deliver services in response to Prior Authorization conditions set by Trillium. These Prior Authorizations are now required in order for individuals to receive care by Trillium's definition of "medically necessary". This means that access to services like Peer Support are directly tied to the Prior Authorization outcome.

While these changes will require adjustments to our service delivery model, our commitment to compliance, quality care, and the wellbeing of our community remains unwavering.

❋ Our dedication to you

We currently serve a community of more than 350 individuals, and our responsibility to each person we support remains at the center of every decision we make. We will continue to provide services in a manner that is trauma-informed, person-centered, recovery-oriented, and grounded in our commitment to dare to be different.

Most importantly, there is nothing our clients need to do at this time. We will continue working to ensure that these changes do not negatively impact the quality, dignity, and support our community deserves.

We also want to remind everyone that your voice matters. If you have questions or concerns about your services, we encourage you to:

• Ask questions and seek clarification.

• Educate yourself about your rights and available services.

• Speak up when something does not feel right.

• File a grievance when you believe it is appropriate.

We believe that informed clients are empowered clients, and we will continue to support our community in understanding and exercising their rights.

Due to updates to care delivery mentioned above, LGS Outdoor Program will be on pause starting September 1st until further notice. Expected to be back and running in the fall!
