Live. Grow. Share. is a labor of love for our community.  It's a place where we treat the people we serve and the people we employ better.  I've worked in Lane County since 2006 in various social work roles at various organizations.  I've had the opportunity to deeply learn about and understand the systems that members of our community find themselves within.  We've built a team who are passionate about changing these systems and doing things differently.  

I am a person with lived experience in mental health struggles and substance abuse.  I've spent my adult life healing, learning to love myself, and learning how to have healthy interpersonal relationships.  My path of healing has been conventional and unconventional at different times.  My mission is to provide accessibility and diversity of modalities to our community because we know, one size does not fit all. 

I have an amazing blended family with three kids and a partner, and I couldn't be more grateful for them all.  I enjoy watching my children grow, and showing up  with open eyes and an open heart for all the ups and downs life brings.  I find my balance on walks/hikes, in swimming and floating on lakes and rivers, in dancing my heart out, and in soaking up the warmth of the sun.
