Provide a warm welcome & orientation to new participants as they begin enrolling in services.
Complete assessments, treatment plans, and all other required forms for all incoming participants.
Provide 30 & 90-day reviews of treatment plans & paperwork for those participants who are engaged in services, other than consistent mental health therapy.
