Mike Ege Position/Program: QMHP Therapist

Pronouns: He/His

Pets: 2 Dachshunds – Jasper and Nellie

3 favorite things to do: Camp/backpack, ride and repair motorcycles, thrift shop and antique shop with my wife.

Something I like to do outside of work: The 3 favorite things above. And I like to fix things!

Something interesting about me: I have summitted the highest mountain in the lower 48 states 4 times, and I was one of the youngest hang glider pilots in the nation at one time.

Why I do what I do: Doing this - helping people grow - is why I am on the face of the earth. I find I have a deep desire for “restoration”, whether that be an old motorcycle that someone else gave up on, or an old house that someone else abandoned, or a person that has lost their way. I want to bring restoration.

People are worth restoring, they are worth helping find hope, they are worth believing in, especially when they have forgotten their value. They are the reason I am here. I really don’t give a shit where you’ve been or what you’ve done. What I care about is who you want to be and where you want to go and whether you are ready to do the work to get there. That’s why I do what I do.
