Why I do what I do: I grew up here in Eugene, and I saw early on how common mental health struggles are in our community—including in people I cared about and in my own life at times. Those experiences pushed me toward this work. I genuinely enjoy supporting people as they figure out what they want for themselves and helping them feel steady and encouraged while they work toward their goals.
