Mental Health Therapist (QMHP) – Master’s Level

LIVE. GROW. SHARE. is a 100% peer-run behavioral health organization offering mental health and co-occurring disorder treatment, residential services, and innovative peer-led programs. We’re looking for master’s level therapists (QMHPs) who bring lived experience with mental health and/or addiction and a passion for person-centered, trauma-informed care. 

We are currently hiring for: 

  • School-Based Therapist – Provide therapy to youth during school hours 

  • Outpatient Therapist – Serve children, adults, and families in our office or in-home 

  • Community-Focused Therapist – Provide culturally responsive care for BIPOC, LGBTQIA2S+, male-identifying, or Spanish-speaking participants 

  • Integrated Co-Occurring Disorder Therapist - Work collaboratively with our SUD team for participants who are also receiving Substance Use Disorder Treatment. Must have experience/training in addictions, but not required to have CADC.

Position Details: 

Start Date: Open 
Status: Full-time (32 hours/week), hourly to start, with opportunity for salary 
Starting Rate: $44.53/hour ($5,700/month for non-licensed therapists) 
Compensation increases with experience at LGS, licensure, and dual credentials 
Clinical supervision and ongoing training provided 
Work Model: Primarily in-person, with telehealth available as needed

What You’ll Do: 

  • Provide individual and family therapy to clients with a range of mental health and co-occurring needs 

  • Conduct mental health assessments, create person-led treatment plans, and complete required MOTS reporting 

  • Maintain documentation including progress notes and treatment updates 

  • Deliver 20 hours of billable services per 32-hour work week 

  • Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team of therapists, CADCs, QMHAs, and peer support specialists 

  • Follow OAR Chapter 309 standards for behavioral health care 

What You Bring: 

  • Master’s degree or higher in a counseling-related field 

  • Eligible for QMHP certification through MHACBO 

  • Passion for working with children, families, or underserved populations 

  • Lived experience with mental health and/or substance use recovery, and willingness to share that experience for therapeutic benefit 

  • Bilingual (Spanish) and culturally responsive clinicians strongly encouraged to apply
