Live. Grow. Share. (L.G.S.) is a pioneering Peer-Run Behavioral Health Organization in Oregon, distinguished by its unique approach to mental health services. Our foundation rests on the belief that counselors with personal experiences of mental health and addiction challenges can forge deeper, more empathetic connections with those seeking help. This philosophy underpins our commitment to facilitating a nurturing and accepting environment for individuals grappling with mental health and substance use issues. Our team, comprised of individuals who have navigated similar journeys, offers a blend of professional training and lived experience, fostering trust and understanding in a way that is rarely achieved in traditional settings.

Our mission at L.G.S. is to foster holistic health, wellness, and recovery in our community through empathetic and experienced guidance. We approach healing from a humanist perspective, recognizing the intricate role of trauma in shaping lives. Our focus is on empowering those underserved, promoting a community-driven approach to health, and providing a diverse range of recovery choices.

Our Approach

Our approach is all about accessibility and personalization in mental health and substance use disorder care. Whether it’s bringing treatment to your home or welcoming you into our therapy rooms, we tailor our services to your comfort. Our programs are individual-centric, with a focus on trauma-informed care, harm reduction, and evidence-based therapies. We also prioritize cultural sensitivity, ensuring our diverse team reflects and understands the varied experiences of our community.

Our Services

Peer Delivered, Integrated Mental Health Services

Each of our programs are peer run.  This means every provider from therapists, to peer support, to nurses, to equine experts have lived experience in at least one area of substance abuse/dependence or mental health struggle.  We've been there, done that, and are here to inspire and guide you on your path to wholeness.  

Residential Care Facilities

  • Lotus House. Peer-run, rurally located 16 bed, home-like Residential Treatment Facility serving individuals under the Psychiatric Security Review Board and in the Lane County Choice Program.

  • Restwell House. Peer-run, rurally located 5 bed Residential Treatment Home for Young Adults in Transition, aged 17.5-24 years old.

Outpatient Treatment

  • One-on-one, individualized treatment planning and services designed to meet your needs, your way, and assist you in reducing harm, establishing sobriety, or maintaining sobriety.

  • Work with our down-to-earth therapists on improving your quality of life, understanding your mental health, gaining skills to overcome obstacles, and healing from trauma.

  • For individuals who experience more than one of the following: mental health challenge, substance use issues, problems with gambling, and/or are a person with an intellectual or developmental disability. Our skilled providers and you will work as a team to help you achieve your goals.

  • Molly Mae facilitates groups for individuals living with loss, new or old.

  • Stop self sabotaging and start self loving!

    This is an open discussion group for people with substance use disorders, including drugs and alcohol or other vices that have caused unhealthy habits

    Participants will discuss what they use to do for self sabotaging and will create and develop healthy habits for self love

    Groups begin March 9, 2024

    Every Saturday 10-11am

  • Peer Support with Tyler Graves, who specializes in helping people connect with divinity, in whatever form that takes. All religious backgrounds and beliefs are welcome.

Structured Therapeutic Approaches

  • Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT): Meet with Angelica De La Torre, QMHA to experience how tapping can shift your mood, elevate your perspective, and result in unique, embodied healing.

  • Dialectical Behavior Therapy Group: Also known as save your life and improve your interpersonal relationships group.

    Group schedule TBD

  • Mental Health counseling from a clinician with lived experience.

  • This group is for women supporting one another as they move through the journey of healing trauma. Participants will discuss and develop coping strategies to overcome trauma in a safe, non-judgmental, and creative therapeutic setting. Topics covered include: self compassion, forgiveness, facing fears, grounding, and codependency.

    10 week course:

    March 19, 2024 Tuesdays 5:30-7pm

  • Our clinicians can work with partners and/or families on improving relationships, communication, and healing.

  • Our team can provide treatment specific to problems with gambling in our Integrated Co-Occurring Disorder Treatment Program.

  • One-on-one, individualized treatment planning and services designed to meet your needs, your way, and assist you in reducing harm, establishing sobriety, or maintaining sobriety.

  • This group meets weekly and is open to all participants at LGS. Improve your relationship with yourself through somatic awareness, emotional intelligence, manifesting change, and realizing your power. Thursdays 5:30-7pm

  • Breathwork is an activated breathing technique that facilitates physical, mental, and emotional healing. This modality can promote self-awareness, self-empowered ability to connect to the body's natural rhythm, and processing emotion while focusing on using breathing as a way to release and reset.

    Groups begin in March 2024 on Wednesdays 1-2:30pm

    Individual sessions available as well!

  • This group is for SUD participants only. Meet weekly to discuss current challenges and successes on your recovery journey. Build community with like-minded folks who are working on making healty choices for a healthy life. Tuesdays 11am-12:30pm

Accessibility and Inclusivity

Live. Grow. Share. is dedicated to representing our diverse community and creating a welcoming and inclusive environment where all people from all backgrounds are celebrated. 

All of our programs are available for people of all backgrounds.

Live. Grow. Share. provides Medicaid customers with Mental Health Therapy, Substance Use Disorder Treatment, and unique Peer Support Programs and Groups.  We accept Trillium Community Health Plan, Pacificsource Community Solutions, and open-card Medicaid.

  • Private insurance is a maybe, no insurance or Medicare is a probably, as the State can sometimes cover payment.

  • LGS serves children 5 and older. Early Childhood CARES and the Child Center are great resources for the younger kiddos.
