Services Overview

Our Services

Each of our programs are peer run and operated, which means every provider has lived experience in at least one area of mental health struggle or addiction.  We've been there, done that, and are here to inspire and guide you on your path to wholeness.

Residential Care Facilities

We have two Residential Treatment Facilities serving individuals under the Psychiatric Security Review Board and in the Lane County Choice Program. We offer services for adults as well as for Young Adults in Transition, aged 17.5-24 years old.

Lotus House is a Peer-run, rurally located, 16 bed, home-like, Residential Treatment Facility serving individuals under the Psychiatric Security Review Board and in the Lane County Choice Program.

Restwell House is a Peer-run, rurally located, 5 bed Residential Treatment Home for Young Adults in Transition, aged 17.5-24 years old.

Support Services

Peer Support

Peer Support is in everything we do.  Each program is run by a peer with lived experience in the area of addiction or mental health.  Individuals enrolled in residential treatment, outpatient mental health, and outpatient substance abuse and dependence treatment are all provided a peer support person, matched with similar life experiences.

We recognize the complexities of mental health and focus on understanding your life's journey and mental landscape. Our goal is to empower you with clarity, healing, and coping skills for life's challenges.
