This group helps participants slow things down, build awareness, and respond to urges more intentionally instead of reacting on autopilot. Using a practical, step-by-step impulse control model, participants learn to recognize triggers, understand emotional and physical warning signs, create space before acting, and make choices that better align with their values and recovery goals.

Outdoor Program
We use nature exposure as therapy for all kinds of folks. Spending time in the lush forests, rugged coastlines, and serene mountains of the Pacific Northwest offers profound health benefits. Join us every Sunday and Monday!!

A safe and supportive, trauma-informed space for clients to come together, share openly, and connect with others in recovery. This group encourages honesty, peer support, and learning through shared experiences.
In this group, participants will:Process real-life recovery challenges, Give and receive peer support, Practice opening up in a safe environment, Learn from shared experiences, Build connection and trust within the group

Grounding and Reclaiming Regulation
Learn simple techniques to help channel calmness , release stored tension and re-establish a sense of safety and control. We will use our five senses, gentle movement and awareness of our own body and space around us as tools to reconnect with the present moment and your inner resilience.

Mechanics Classes
Learn basic to advanced motor skills while receiving peer support along side our mechanics team.

Equine Skills group and Equine Assisted-Psychotherapy
Equine-Assisted Peer Support: Experience the healing nature of horses, while learning the basics of horse care and handling.

Sunset Butte Hike
Climb the Butte once a week to catch the sunset with our Outdoor program!!
