    This group helps participants slow things down, build awareness, and respond to urges more intentionally instead of reacting on autopilot. Using a practical, step-by-step impulse control model, participants learn to recognize triggers, understand emotional and physical warning signs, create space before acting, and make choices that better align with their values and recovery goals.

    Grounding and Reclaiming Regulation

    Learn simple techniques to help channel calmness , release stored tension and re-establish a sense of safety and control. We will use our five senses, gentle movement and awareness of our own body and space around us as tools to reconnect with the present moment and your inner resilience.

    What are Gleaners?

    A “gleaner” is traditionally someone who collects leftover crops after they have been commercially harvested, or in fields where it is not economically profitable to harvest. Today a gleaner is someone who collects excess fresh foods from a variety of sources in order to provide it to those in need.

    Become an certified emergency responder and help protect your family and community. Disasters are more frequent and intense these days. Government response agencies cannot reach everyone. This is where people like you are called to step up. This will be a 5 week course. Ask your peer for more info"
